mtn-man: This cache is still disabled, but more importantly if you are going to move for the cache it really is a new cache at that point. It also changes the experience for those who found the original cache in the original location. I know there are a couple that I found over time that were moved and sort of mess up some of my stats.
It would probably be better to archive the original and then enter a new cache. That gives people that found it before a chance at a new smiley at the new location also. More smileys is always a good thing!
