This cache is located at the Mercer Road exit on I-40.
The purpose of this cache is twofold. First, it is to serve as a reminder to all of us cachers of a rule that everyone should follow regardless of whether they are hunting geocaches or not. That "rule" will become clear when you find the cache. Second, this cache should be a straightforward find for those people safely traveling the expressways to their destinations, wherever those may be.
