Located at Chestnut Ridge Trout Pond. Exit off I-68 and make (2) left hand turns.
THIS CACHE IS WV DNR APPROVED.
Cache is a 7.62mm ammo box. There are several ways to this cache some easy, others more difficult. Cache area has briars and poison ivy in area so be careful. Chestnut Ridge has alot to offer, there is swimming at one of the lakes, hiking, fishing, and camping. The area where is cache is located offers fishing which is free for children 14 yrs. of age and under. 15 yrs of age and up requires a license.
This cache is mildly kid friendly, I would suggest not taking very young children to this cache though.
Seeing as how this is the first cache I have placed on my own, I would greatly appreciate any comments from veteran cachers. My coords should be to within 35' of cache. Thank you.
Across from Chestnut Ridge is Cooper's Rock. There a several caches there, and very worth while for you to check out also.
