Small cache along an abondoned rail line.
This is part of a series started by our friend spoyd.
This is a second replacement container (now a small).
Please keep cache just as you found it.
The line was at one time dual tracked and electrified, but today the tracks are gone and all that remains of the electrification are some of the rusting cable support towers.
This is part of a series of caches spoyd has started along the old PRR Low Grade Line. This line used to run between the Trenton Cutoff at Glenloch (between the current Malvern and Exton stations) and the Main Line at Thorndale. It was created to facilitate the fast movement of east-west freight along along a route with fewer curves and shallower grades than the main line.
This a trail with some real history and I hope that it is someday incorporated into the Rails-to-Trails network
Parking off of Ravine road is advised.
