BYOP

Simple C&D but in a highly Muggle area during the day. Downtown Dover is making a come back (I hope) to the days of walking Lookerman Street and window shopping or grabbing a bite to eat at the many eateries. Cache is located on a one-way street (entrance is off Lookerman). Park on Lookerman, or turn on Bradford and make the short, but pleasent, walk to the quick find.
