cache is actually located within 3km from the placeholder. The
final cache is a normal tobacco container with swag and loggers.
Cryptography, logic puzzle, people who can't close HTML tags, trick
wording, hikes through swamps with bugs large enough to carry you
away, people who insist on placing an extra decimal place in their
waypoints between the minutes and degrees, odd or interesting uses
of the english language, foot soakers... I've done them all and
grumbled to myself... "They'll get theirs... They'll ALL get
theirs... SOMEDAY!!!!"

This might be the hardest of the Funky's Revenge caches, to figure
out. At the moment I'm against giving any real hints.. we'll see
just how hard it is for people.
