Geocache Description:

Local cache rustler and suspected ringleader of the Tiresome Usual Suspects, fishiam, has recently purportedly tried to quit the game. Not so rare exceptions have apparently been made by the bandit for FTF's and caches that happen to be "on the way to coffee or the video store." Regardless of the guise of discontinued involvement, our motto is "Once a TUS, Always a TUS!" A handsome reward of one Maryland Geocoin (contingent upon acceptance of funnynose's requirements that the coin keep moving) will go to the cacher who brings in fishiam dead or alive. Short of actually bringing in the slimy one, a FTF will suffice to qualify for ransom payment. A handoff location for the loot will be established if and when the requirements for payment are satisfied. fishiam should be considered hostile and dangerous. Since his GPSr has been confiscated by his local authority, and is under lock and key, be especially careful when encountering him or you might get mugged for your GPSr.

To find this cache you will have to do a little studying up on fishiam's posse. The focus of this investigation will be limited to the Tiresome Usual Suspects as they relate to FTF's of The Mercury Project's 12 active caches as of the date this cache was published. The number of TMP caches FTFd by the TUS' = X. The number of TUS' who completed those FTFs (some FTFd more than once) = Y. The number of TUS' who have not FTFd a cache placed by The Mercury Project = Z. The posted coordinates might be a good spot to start in your search for the notorious fishiam but not so much in searching for the cache.

Waypoint 1

XZY
XYZ+168

At WP1 look for one of fishiam's favorite quotations that begins "The Rhythmic Harmony of . . ." Take a seat and enjoy the view (this location is a lot more impressive than the final cache location) while you think about the quote and try to channel fishiam's location. The quote = ? (number(s))

Final cache is located at:

XZY - ((2x?)+(Y+Z+2))
Date on plaque/2 - (? x 3) + (Y+Z)

Sat reception is not good in the final location (hmm...) but the cords will get you in the vicinty.

Checksum (for FunnyNose)
WP #1 (6 numbers after the decimals) = 30
Final (6 numbers after the decimals) = 38 (19 each N & W for nolenator)
