Come one, come all, to the 2005 GEOSET Spring Fling!
We have an outstanding program scheduled to provide some important information for this time of year as we celebrate the arrival of Spring.
Winter Geocaching has some unique advantages. Snakes, spiders, bees, poison ivy, and many other things are either not around in winter, or not as much of a hazard. However when the nice weather we all love in Spring comes, we need to start considering some of these hazards.
We will have three guests on hand to provide some very important information to help us all stay safe as we scour the woods for hidden treasure. Two university professors and the president of the Chattanooga Audubon Society.
There will be no charge for this event. It will be held March 20 from 3:00 to 5:00 Sunday afternoon. The facility actually opens at 1:00, so feel free to come early and hunt some of the caches in the area.
