I don't know what happened to Mr. Bill. Maybe the PNG Mania caches along the I-94 corridor made him crazy! I don't know. I think he lost his head and started drinking again (Can clay things drink? Is this a Twilight Zone episode or a Saturday Night Live bit? LOL! Just go find the darn thing!)
