Geocache Description:

Terrain is a 3 because of alot of poison ivy in area. Don't follow your gps to the second part until you are about 50 feet past the gate, you will find a path leading to the cache area.

A 2 part cache. Cache container is a small lock and lock, so only room for small items. Find the brownstone monument at the coordinates listed above. On both sides of the monument is information posts. On them find when the bridge (which this monument was part of) was built and when it was razed.

For the last 3 numbers for the North coordinates, take the last 3 numbers from the build date and subtract 866. For West 3 numbers, take the last 3 numbers of the razed date and subtract 863. This brownstone monument also came from the nearby Ketchin Quarry where I just placed another cache.

The other end of Pent Road has a brownstone marker. Its in front of the Post Office across from the brownstone town hall, whose stone came from the Ketchin Quarry.

I replaced the cache, 1/27/2014, so if there is more snow or ice it WILL NOT be winter friendly.
