To take a shower of Phytoncid, to enjoy the anion, to view the great scenery and to feel the inviolable Blessed Virgin Mary, I recommend you this trail with heartfelt.

Marian Hiking Trail is 6.7 km in length from the parking lot to St. Mary Villa, the drop height is about 850 meters, your goal is to solve five questions along the trail to the summit just like pilgrimage, then finally you can get the real coordinates, thank god.

Unboiled spring water is available in every pavilion along the trail even though in St. Mary Villa on the summit, it's a good idea to bring a tabletop cooking device to have some hot tea or coffee even noodle.

Depart from the tour group, I and my colleague, Liang arrived the Hualien train station befor dawn. We went to the trailhead by train and taxi, then started to hike on the trail. It rained all the day. We cauldn't see any mountain scenery but we saw many little waterfalls.
It was a little hard to hike in the rain, but we still enjoyed it. It was a very nice trail. I believe it will be nicer in a fine day. I'll come again.
Anyway, we succeeded in finding the cache, but gave up to climb the San-jiao-lun Mt due to the heavy rain. The cache will be easy to find when you got all clues. Nice hide. TFTC
By the way, The defence works are continued. The trailhead area is still closed.
