This is a micro with log only, bring your own pen.
Mad Creek is a quiet little stream, until we get a gully washer. Anyone who lives near Muscatine knows what happens when Mad Creek comes out of it's banks. Well, this cache is placed in celebration of a new bridge that should prevent 5th Street being closed due to flooding. If the cache gets wet, the water is very high.
