and Children are WELCOME!!! RAIN OR SHINE, as we will have COVER
and REST ROOMS right at the large pavilion, so if it does RAIN, no
one has to move... plenty of parking for all and a playground for
the kids.
(NOTE: the Pavilion Fee is $75.00, so we are asking a $2.00
donation per family, Thanks in advance)
DOGS are NOT allowed on the Recreational Fields, but are welcome at
the event site.
SPECIAL CACHES are being planned, and if anyone has special ideas,
please contact us.
Bring goodies to share, PLEASE LOG WHAT YOU ARE BRINGING, THANKS.
We will have coffee brewing and there are grills available.
Alcoholic beverages NOT ALLOWED.
PLEASE LOG TRAVEL BUGS IN ADVANCE THAT YOU ARE PLANNING TO
SWAP.
Name tags are ENCOURAGED, as it helps us meet NEW CACHERS that we
see in the logs.
