Captain who? aka Tinkerpaws Place Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

Hemlock: This cache has been brought to my attention via a "needs archived" log. It appears that the cache is missing, apparently due to construction. As such any replacement cache will be an entirely different hide and a new listing should be submitted. So I am archiving this cache.

I look forward to seeing your new cache submission.

Thanks for your understanding,

Geocache Description:

this spot is a state historical landmark much like Hearst castle,in a twisted sort of way :)

Many thanks to scooterman for originally listing this place,it's just too neat to keep archived.

Tours of this place are available by contacting Michael or Stacy O'Malley at (805) 927-2690.There is now a 10 dollar per person charge(worth it IMO) for the tour and lasts about 45 minutes. You are encouraged to visit their gift shop afterwards, the profits from the giftshop and tour go towards the rehabilitation of site.

The cache is a log only in an altoids tin hidden across the street at the parking area. The cache is in between a tree and a white metal box thats used as a planter.I'm giving the exact locationdue to the owner and I don't want people thrashing about looking for it.you will need a pen or pencil!

please rehide it carefully
