Located on Highway 210 between Hampstead and the intersection with I-40. You don't have to leave your vehicle.
My wife and I discovered this spectacle during a day of caching. There was no one in the area to ask how it all started or why it has continued. If you're in the area to find Holly Hunter (GC1AE4), or another cache, you might want to drive a few more miles to take a look.
