RacerJim: Time to retire this cache as weeds have become an issue with the explosion of undergrowth since the derecho took out so many trees . Cache was only 50 ft or so from main trail ,but if you came at it from smaller trails I can see where it could be a problem . With so many new caches being micros, I hate to put this old ammo can on the bench . Maybe this Phoenix will arise again some day . Happy trails !

Geocache Description:

The container for this cache was given to me to repurpose into a new cache ,after Old Grouch and I found it in some brush about 50 feet or so after finding the replacement cache by 'Water Rocks' This cache was in Palisades Kepler park and had been missing for about a year. Now thanks to the previous owner it has risen again in the south end of Squaw Creek Park .Pkg is available off Squaw Ridge Road from Hw 13 0r South 11th st from Marion Ia .New life for a neat container ,and some new swag including a Rapala walleye lure,one of my favorite styles ! Thanks again to 'Water Rocks' for passing on this fine old container ! Happy trails .
