Muggles will be present pretty much at all times of day. Please be aware. Also use your best judgement when parking. It will be a little tricky.

Drive by this place almost daily. Have a seat and rest for a while. Check out the windmill while you're there. I love where I live, but it's total Eastside. Have fun.
