Rusty Spoons Traditional Geocache

This cache is placed in honor of my friend Eug, who introduced me to geocaching quite a while back. He took me out in July of 2002 and showed me a couple of caches near our workplace (End of the Road and the original Evil Empire , for those keeping track.) I didn't have a GPS at the time, but the seed was planted.

Fast forward a little over a year to December 2003, when Eug IMs me with the URL of the upcoming Garmin GPS 60cs. It looked quite cool, so I placed an order. Four months later, the little guy finally showed up, and I found my first cache a week later. Eug gave up caching quite a while back, but he joined me on my first couple of cache hunts anyway.

Earlier this summer, Eug and I were out to lunch with a friend, and we happened across this spot. I said "Hey, we could put a cache here." Eug said, "Yeah, and you'd have to call it Rusty Spoons." And so here it is.

PS: I realize you haven't gone caching in over two years, Eug, but I think you owe it to yourself to find and log this one. I'll buy lunch.
