Top of highest ridge in Almaden Quicksilver County Park
Lots of new caches in this park lately, so why not one more?This small cache is near the top of Mine Hill, not quite at the highest point. It's a camo'd medicine bottle so it's really just a sign only with room for a few small items, such as coins. There's a small FTF prize inside.
There is no doubt more than one way up. The way I took was a little steep and exposed - but there might be an easier way. I know there are harder ways, so plan your route with safety in mind.
Update July 11, 2007 -- The cache has been upgraded to a small ammo box, so now there's room for some cache items and trackables.
