This is a larger than normal park and grab with some trading items.
Except for the view there’s nothing special about this site
that I know of. There’s not even a benchmark here. I put this
one here to fill in a gap between caches and also to provide a stop
for families caching with kids. Most of the caches along here are
log only types. I know it’s all about the journey, but when
caching with kids they sometimes don’t see it that way. This
site just caught my eye. I saw this spot and thought about the
Rock’em Sock’em robots made by Mattel. For those over
forty you can tell your kids about a time long ago when there
weren’t electronic video games and maybe try to explain to
them what a Rock’em Sock’em robot was!
Watch for cars if you’re parking across the street. Please
re-hide in the same manner or better. There’s plenty of
indigenous material around!
