Midden meets Veenstra

This is SA_ParrotHeads 50th cache placement.

At this location you will find two monuments.

One details an area of historical significance to the Nganguruku people of this country and the other recognises the pioneering spirit of Europeans who used the Murray to open a transportation route into inland Australia.

There is a sandy riverside access at this location. Perfect for those launching a kayak in search of the nearby Big Bearded Victorian. There is also some very good riverside camp spots close to this cache and a boat ramp.
And finally the views of the cliffs are just stunning.
