This is the site of the Old Locks and Dam 51. The best way to get here is travel straight into Golconda, IL from highway 146. Go straight through downtown heading towards the levee. Follow that road all the way to the back where some riverside housing is that can be rented. Please do not disturb the house at the end of the road due to it being private property and has a big dog. Area closed between 8pm to 6am. Don't forget to grab a few more caches while you are in the area.
The cache is a magnetic nano with log only so BYOP and maybe tweezers. Please place the cache back where you found it so muggles don't find it.
