- I recently met with a relative at a family reunion. He told me about how he got the State of Wisconsin to allow him to put up a memorial marker for the infantry division he served in. He wrote the state and said he would pay for the monument and any maintenance costs associated with it. He received a letter granting him permission. This just goes to show one person can make things happen if they just try.

Update April 15, 2006. I have changed the final location to avoid future wet logs. I also upgraded the container so this cache now has trade items.
Update July 18, 2009. Changed final again and the container size. It is now small.
