Look! Blue balls! Green ones too! These intergalactic Sno-Cones are a public art project installed by the Metropolitan Transportation Authority and the Los Angeles Department of Transportation -- at a cost of $400,000.

My previous cache at this location was a poor container that was doomed from the outset. This time around it's a nano in plain sight.

This one took longer than I had planned. I was about to give up the search when I spotted it. Tough one!

Thanks for the cache.

I doubt I'm the only one that could find a better use for $400,000. The location does make for a sweet cache, though. Found this one on a Sunday night, which may help with traffic, and using a flashlight might be easier than in daylight. Great hide! TFTC
