This cache is near a bridge over the N3 highway.
Evidently, when this bridge was built, the N11 was going to "Start" here, and this is where the on and off ramps for the N3/N11 interchange would have bee! Who knows why, but the next intersection, on the Bergville Ladysmith road was chosen, and this edifice now stands collecting dust and holding a goecache!
