I think this will work out as decent Tbug motel. It has easy access for commuters and interstate travelers to drop off and pick up trackables.
There's easy access through the honeysuckle about 30' north of GZ.

You can park on St. Rita Lane or in the little drveway entrance that is partially blocked off.
