A quick park and grab with a view!!
This spot has always reminded me of the scenic overlooks we would stop at on road trips when we were kids. There would be some picnic tables, maybe a pump handle well, a bathroom, and a great view of a lake, river, vally, etc. This view is a little different than that but it still has the same feeling. ( minus the bathroom!!) Come for the cache and pause to enjoy the urban view.
