Bonus Benchmark. After you find the cache, be sure to
find the benchmarks it was named after. Y 325 (EV1657) is a 1934
USC&GS bench mark, 115 feet E (93°) from cache. POINT (EV3534),
98 feet E (104°) from cache; POINT RM 1 (EV3535), 77 feet E (103°)
from cache; and Y 325 (serving as Reference Mark 2) make up a 1965
USC&GS triangulation station. In 1983 the NGS added POINT RM 3,
113 feet E (102°) away from the cache, to the station. Find all 4
disks. Don’t forget to log in your separate benchmark finds
at EV1657,
EV3534,
and EV3535.
Apple Valley Cache ‘n’ Benchmark Series. Every
cache in this series is within just a few feet of at least one
