We recently spent a long night finding local puzzle caches with our good friend Rattrak and trying to understand just how he does it. We thought that if we could learn to solve puzzle caches then we could design really good ones too. Well ... we gave up trying to decipher the mysterious inner workings of the "Puzzle Master's" mind and just decided to borrow a technique from another cacher. So here it goes.
The cache is not at the coords listed above. You must decipher the gibberish below to get the real coords.
This will take you to the first of three stages with the third stage being the cache itself. The cache is a small lock-n-lock and is hidden quite well, both in terrain and difficulty. You may think you are breaking the law to retrieve the cache itself, but we have been reassured that all is legal!
