Ermida de Nossa Sra de Vitória
Nossa Sra de Vitória Chapel

Padrão Comemorativo da Batalha de Montes Claros
Monument Commemorating the Battle of Montes Claros

In memory to the souls of these soldiers, the Marquis of Marialva dedicated this church, demanding that every day masses were prayed in their memory. Certainly shocked by such great mortality, the Marquis of Marialva order that in front of the church was to be placed a memorial stone with a long inscription where he wished that such tragedy did not happen again in the future history of both countries.
