This cache is an homage to Breaking Bad, a successful show currently on TV that has incredible writing, acting, and cinematography, and Captain Cook, a British explorer who mapped the Hawaiian Islands.
If you’re not familiar with the TV show, it's about a high school chemistry teacher who, after discovering he has terminal cancer, turns to making methamphetamine in order for his family to be financially stable after he passes. His partner is "Cap'n Cook." (Warning: This show has mature content which is reflected in some of the questions, so I don't recommend solving the puzzle with youngsters, but you could definitely bring them along on the search.)
If you're not familiar with Captain James Cook, here's a snippet from Wikipedia: "Cook sailed thousands of miles across largely uncharted areas of the globe. He mapped lands from New Zealand to Hawaii in the Pacific Ocean in greater detail and on a scale not previously achieved. As he progressed on his voyages of discovery he surveyed and named features, and recorded islands and coastlines on European maps for the first time. He displayed a combination of seamanship, superior surveying and cartographic skills, physical courage and an ability to lead men in adverse conditions." Pretty amazing, huh?!
THE CACHE:
The listed coordinates take you to a street where you can start to look for parking if you need it. Sometimes it can be hard to find a spot, so if you strike out, head North to Green Street where you might have better luck. I’ve put you just a short walk away, but you’ll have to determine the missing digits in the final coordinates below in order to locate to the cache. (And don't worry if you have never even watched a minute of the show. This cache is still very doable by doing a few quick Google searches.)
