Mount Ogden is one of the higher and more prominent peaks in the northern Wasatch range. It is also home to Snowbasin ski resort, the home of the 2002 Olympic downhill ski races. The peak offers a number of hiking routes, as well as technical rock climbing routes on it's east face. Some very large radio towers and a small helicopter pad mark the summit.
The event will be held on Saturday October 17th at the summit from 10am to 10:30am where you can take in the views and refuel. I will be at the trail head waypoint at 8am to make the summit by 10am. If you want to tag along I welcome any and all.

Back on 09/19/2010 I had my first event GC2EB9G MILLICENT or BUST! The goal of the event was to make it to the peak of Millicent from Solitude over Twin Lakes Pass then ascending Mary Jane and Wolverine. It was a total success! This is a continuation from that first mountain peak hike.
