Pokemon Kabu Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Nomex: As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

Geocache Description:

From the land of the Rising Sun comes the Pokemon Kabu cache. The area is passable both day and night althought the terain may be a bit slippery. The placement of the cache itself is near a creek's edge, so care should be taken. The cache is a round tupperware bowl. Please replace as found. Many GEOs report Poison Oak in the area - beware.

6.25.07: People seem to be having an easier time finding
the cache, so I've reduced difficulty to 3 stars. Happy Caching!

12.27.06: Ok, yes, the homeowner situation caused me to post very specific instructions about how access the cache, thus vastly reducing the difficulty. So, let's experiment. I've moved explicit search instructions to the hint. The search is a difficulty 4 without the hint, 2.5 with the hint. Be sure to employ a stealthy, quiet search. If you want to ensure you avoid the neighbor, use the hint.

7.13.05: A visitor to the cache inadvertently crossed an invisible property line to an adjacent house. The home owner was upset and made his feelings known.

Be extremely quiet in your search and keep your distance from the adjacent house.

Occassionally there kids jumping bicycles in this area. The cache is not accessible during this time - return after they have gone.

Good luck!
