This is the second cache that I have placed in the Lake Cornelia park. I've placed this one in honor of the local Boy Scout Troop 1047 as I am the Administrative Committee Chair, and a Geocaching Merit Badge Counselor.
Lake Cornelia is one of our most favorite places in Iowa. There is a beautiful nature trail there that many of the locals are not even aware of. The trail is open year round. There is plenty of camping space, with a shower house. It's a good place for the fishermen and for those who like to water ski, or jet ski.
