Geocache Description:

An interesting location only a short drive from the Highway.
Unsealed Road so please take care during wet weather months.

The old township of Navan is located along the River Gilbert, only a short drive from the township of Tarlee.

Its name is derived from Navan in County Meath,Ireland.

It is the only other palindrome, along with Glenelg in South Australian township nomenclature.

When you reach GZ you will find 'The Mortuary Chapel'.
You are looking for a small container with the usual log book,pencil/sharpener and small swaps.

For those of you who have visited the 'Don't Forget to send a Postcard....to Australia cache, have a look behind the Chapel. Another interesting sight but of much bigger proportions!

Enjoy this historical location and the Cache.
