lerup: Alas, the cache has been muggled. The road construction to the new substation is finished. This has made access to the cache site somewhat easier --- too easy, apparently.

Since there is already another cache close by, I am not planning to replace this one.

Geocache Description:

Quick, traditional cache in Saint-Lazare, Quebec

This cache was placed for the Montreal event on August 14, 2004. It is a quick grab-and-run; not too far out of the way from Montreal and very convenient to pick up on the way for any Bytown cachers coming to the event.

The cache is a lock-and-lock (Tupperware style) box. It contains the usual selection of trinkets, including the de rigeur tin of kippers.

See if you can guess the significance of the name.

The ground can be a bit damp in the area.
