Ottawa, the place for whistle blowers, of several kinds. This cache can be accessed fairly directly with a short hike from the NCC parking lot on Corkstown Road. In season, you may have to work your way through some rather robust raspberries to get at it, so it is recommended you wear long pants and bring a bucket. PLEASE, DO NOT ACCESS THIS CACHE VIA THE RAILWAY TRACKS!
