Slaarafinland or "Land of Milk and Honey" is the name of a Norwegian family homestead located next to Potawatomi State Park. Please follow the trail inside Potawatomi Park to an abandoned road. Turn west down the road about 300 feet into the woods. This is on private property, and permission has been granted by the owner. Do not go beyond the "No Trespassing" sign into the meadow behind the woods.
The famous fish boil dinners in Door County originated on Swedish and Norwegian farms during the 19th century. Early Scandinavian settlers brought the tradition of cooking fresh whitefish outdoors on an open fire. The cache is located off a trail parallel to South Norway Rd in Potawatomi State Park. It is in a clear Tupperware container. Please rehide it as you found it. Please note to find this cache, please enter through Potawatomi State park.
