Small micro in a shopping plaza, accessible 24 hours.

After caching a bit at night, I have come to notice there should be more caches that are available 24 hours a day. Here is another one. It' available anytime, and in fact, it's recommended you get this at night or first thing in the morning as the area can be quite busy. I tried to put it in a location where you wouldn't feel too exposed searching for it, but beware of your surroundings when you do your search. There is no need to disturb any plants. Don't forget a pen and please make sure to rehide the same way you found it.
