This cache is located along the Stevens Creek Trail near the LaAvenida Trail Head. Dogs allowed. Easy terrain.
The river is below the path and a nice flat area is available for skipping stones. Beautiful and very peaceful area. Joggers, walkers and bike riders on the path so be careful retrieving and re-hiding this one.
The cache is an Army D-Con kit near the trail. It is not touching or directly under a transmission line tower.
The initial contents are a whistle, plastic horse, gecko key chain, metal puzzle, and a butterfly stamp
