Over het landgoed: het wordt, behalve door de familie waar het landgoed eigendom van is, bewoond door mensen die zorgbehoevend zijn. Vrijwel alle gebouwen die je ziet dienen voor dat doel. Dit betekent NIET dat je er niet mag komen. Integendeel: aanloop wordt erg op prijs gesteld. Maar hou wel rekening met de normale privacy-regels en met het feit dat het veelal oudere mensen betreft.
About the estate: not only the owning family lives here; almost all buildings you can see are inhabited by people who depend on various kinds of health care. This does NOT mean that you're not allowed to walk around. On the contrary: visitors are welcomed. But please: follow normal, common sense privacy rules and bear in mind that most people are of age.
Parkeer je auto op bovenstaand coördinaat (of één van de andere parkeerplaatsen op het landgoed: aangegeven met bordjes). Zoek op N 51° 33.976 E 003° 46.574 naar een bord met daarop een telefoonnummer. Stapeltel deze. Dit is cijfer "A". Wandel daarna verder over de Provinciale Weg naar: N 51.33.850 – E 03.46.083.
Loop over de Willempolderseweg naar: N 51.33.309 – E 03.45.970. Je komt nu bij gemaal "Willem". Het tweede cijfer van het abonneenummer is "B".
Loop verder naar de kruising met de Groene Dijk: N 51.33.272 - E 03.46.578. Hier vind je een fietsroutebord met een omcirkeld getal: neem het eerste cijfer voor "C".
Ga noordwaarts over de Groene Dijk en klim over het hek (dit is toegestaan). Loop naar: N 51.33.675 – E 03.46.720. Hier vind je weer een omcirkeld getal: deel dit door het eerder gevonden cijfer "B", dit levert cijfer "D" op.
Loop weer noordwaarts over de Westpolderdijk naar je de cache op: N 51.34.006 – E 03.46.627.
Gebruik nu de cijfers ABCD.
Park your car at the co-ordinates given above (or one of the other parking spaces on the estate, indicated with signs). Look at N 51° 33.976 E 003° 46.574 for a sign with a telephone number. Add all digits together until only one number is left. This gives you digit "A". Now, walk via the Provinciale Weg to: N 51.33.850 – E 03.46.083
On the Willempolderseweg walk southward to: N 51.33.309 – E 03.45.970. Here you’ll find digit "B" by noting the second digit of the pump installation "Willem"'s telephone subscriber number.
Continue eastward to the intersection with the Groene Dijk, waypoint N 51.33.272 – E 03.46.578, and look for an encirceled bicycle route number. Take this number's first digit down as digit "C".
Walk northward to N 51.33.675 – E 03.46.720. You'll need to climb a fence: this is allowed. Find another encircled routenumber: divide this by the earlier found digit "B"; this gives you digit "D".
Walk northward to Rijckholt Estate: You'll find the cache at: N51.34.006 – E03.46.627. Now, use the digits ABCD.
