Founder's Park is a great little park in downtown Leon. Be sure to check out the plaques throughout the park that give a short history of the area and ride the wagon that is a replica of the one that was driven from the old train depot to downtown.
The hours of the park are during the day in the summer, spring, and fall (when it is warm). The park is closed in the winter but the key can be obtained at the insurance office next door. Placed with permission.
