The cache is located at Lake Meyer Park in Winneshiek county.
This 160 acre county park has a 38 acre lake, modern campground, playground, boat dock and fishing jetty, hiking trails and a nature center that is open from 1pm-5pm on Sundays from late April to mid October. Spring flower walks and bird watching are popular activities in addition to fishing and camping.
Container is peanut butter jar.
Best approach here would be to head down the mowed path from the outhouses toward the lake and then shortly take a left in. Ignore the very large log to your left as you are looking for a much older smaller old knarly downed tree.
