WHAT TO BRING: Your GPS, lawn
chairs (if possible), lots of water, GPS, sunscreen, GPS (but only
ONE GPS per team), and your sense of adventure. Note: Admission to
the park is $5.00 per vehicle, or annual pass.
At 10:45, you'll receive the
coordinates for twenty (or maybe more) unpublished, permanent
caches (YES!!) with four hours to find as many as possible
before returning to the park for prizes, a cook-out, and
socializing.
Since our
November "Do Aliens Geocache?" MEET and GREET", there have been
more than 50 new caches hidden in the Roswell area (alien forces
are afoot....). And, at the rate they're appearing, there could be
a couple dozen more before May 31st. Rumor has it that, shortly
after the Event, several more new caches - courtesy of
Ivanq and Kathe - will be published. So plan on a
fun-filled, busy weekend.
