The cache is a painted plastic box.
To paraphrase a line from the 1977 movie “A Bridge To
Far” - “Sir, I think we may be going to a bridge too
far gone." The movie is base on the book by historian Cornelius
Ryan, the nearby bridge was done by the Sayre fire. I always
wondered why this fancy bridge was here rather than just plain dirt
covering the drainage pipe, I guess nature is slowly doing that
now.
The hint shouldn't be needed because there aren't too many
placed to put a cache. Please be very aware of approaching muggles
from all directions. There's not too much coverage around and you
can be seen from all directions very easily.

December 18, 2009 by TOHiker (2691 found) The Friday Caching Crew was working new territory today - our first time on this trail. This was one of many caches we found on a ten mile hike, ending in O'Melveny Park. It was nice to get on level ground again. Not much of a bridge, but I guess it serves it's purpose. Why was this bridge put here? Thanks for the hide. TNLNSL.

December 18, 2009 by Big Foot Moose (2945 found) Quick find at the bottom of the trail and out of the wind that chased us while we were up the hill.

December 18, 2009 by Big Eagle (5505 found) Today the Friday Caching Crew (FCC) was almost at full strength with SoCalifSue, TOHiker and me as passengers and InsideVC and Big Foot Moose providing transportation. We did a car bridge and began our cache adventure from the north end of the trail. This a new area for our adventures and, except for enough wind at times to blow your wig right off, we had a great day. Lots of entertaining views. Thanks for a quick find.
