GeekQuixotic: Okay. The rain is getting worse and the tent has almost had it. Time to abandon ship.

Sorry to anyone who shows up later.

Geocache Description:

This is a Geocaching 101 follow-up event to the Milwaukee Pecha Kucha #10 event on Tuesday, April 12th. It is not meant to advertise the Pecha Kucha event as it will have passed before this event.

The above coordinates are approximate at this time. Use your eyeballs to find a simple picnic tent nearby.

At the Milwaukee Pecha Kucha #10 event, I will be giving a presentation on Geocaching.

At the end, I will tell the audience if they want to learn more, they can contact me, or attend this Geocaching 101 event.

I plan to be there from 10am until noon as people come and go.

I selected this spot as there are two easy caches within the park and many more of all kinds throughout the surrounding city. Permission was given by Tom Kroeger, Lakeshore State Park Manager.

I would ask that if any seasoned Geocachers are available and willing to come out and help answer questions and maybe even help candidates find the caches within the park.

We will be practicing CITO, but as the park already has volunteers coming in to clean up that morning, I won't seek to make it a CITO event.
