Hidden inside Williams Park in lovely Cedar Rapids, IA. I didn't see any park hours posted, but like most parks in Cedar Rapids, I'm assuming it's 6am-10pm. Please hunt for this cache at your own risk and be careful as it is not on ground level. Placed with permission from the Cedar Rapids Parks Department.
