Small Often Empty Park: South Plainfield Traditional Geocache
chinster: Well it is official, Flower Power and I went out yesterday and the cache is not only gone but so it the entire playground it was hidden under! This was one of my favorite hides. So sad! Not to many other places in this park to hide things so I think I will leave it open to another creative cacher!

Short walk on flat ground to a quiet little park in the middle of South Plainfield; Cotton Street Park
Container is hidden near swings so may be almost impossible if kids are playing nearby but that will add to the challenge. The park is usually empty, or at least it has been the last five times I went there to work on recon. This is a nice place to take lunch or let the kids or dog run around. Container is big enough for some small items, TB's, GC's, etc. Please make sure it is put back in the same spot and well hidden. Enjoy!
Some have had problems getting into this container so I suggest brining a monkey wrench, or not placeing the cap on to tight when replacing it, i think it should stay dry!!!!
Congratulation on an FTF goes to uminski and almost FTF to smirch!! And an honorable mention to the TTF and 4TF: TheSurfcaster and blitznmore. These four cachers headed out early morning on a 8 degree, frigid winter morning for the love of cachers everywhere, Kudos to them!!!! This is what caching is all about!
