To get to the cache you can canoe or drive. It is obviously easier if you drive. The terrain near the cache is a little wet when you drive but your feet won’t get wet. On the other hand if you canoe, the water in the swamp may be past your ancles! The coordinates will take you to the approximate location because the cache is so easy to spot.
If you know the area you can launch your canoe or kayak (no motor boats) at the Smithville Dam then paddle downstream. If you take a canoe or kayak you may have to walk through ankle deep mushy water so bring boots. If you take a vehicle (recommended) you need to take Lake Drive to Rabbit Run. Rabbit run will take you near the cache. Park on the side of the road not in someones driveway.
The cache started out with cool prizes like an electric bike reflector, nail polish, glow stick, and a puzzle car. The cache is green and may not be on the ground. Please take a picture of yourself and write in the logbook.
