How Geocaching Works
This cache is located on one of three bridges, each completely unlike the others. It’s a good spot to look at bridges and bridge design. Pay special attention to the blue bridge, which is the only drawbridge in the United States designed primarily for foot and bicycle traffic. You can bike right up to the cache!
The cache is less than 100 meters from safe parking at N37˚ 44.868, W122˚14.218 (the end of Veteran’s Court, on Bay Farm Island in Alameda). Even better: walk, wheelchair, or bicycle to the cache from almost anywhere in Alameda.
The cache is a magnetic key case.
